How do I create a personalised print?
If you don't already have the software on your computer to add text to an image, you can create a free account with Canva, create a document at the size you'd like, upload your file and position the text in the location.
What size are the prints?
All files are supplied at 210cms X 297cms which is A4 size in portrait orientation. You would be able to scale this up or down to get your required size.
What kind of file will my print be supplied at?
All prints are in PNG format and are supplied at 300dpi printing resolution. This will mean they're unsuitable for any internet use.
How will I recieve my print?
This is a digital download: you will recieve an email after purchase with your file to download. The file is a zip file which will usually need you to open and extract the contents of the file on your computer, then save to your folder/location of choice before being able to use. No physical item will be shipped and no digital display mock-ups or fonts are included with this purchase.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Unfortunately no refunds or exchanges can be given once the purchase is complete.
Why is an item no longer on the website?
Pound Prints will vary the options available to reflect seasons and specific occasions. This will mean the website will be frequently updated with items added and removed.
