The intellectual property and copyrights of all digital downloads, whether paid for or free, are retained by Pound Prints.
The purchaser is responsible for checking the version and format of the download.
In the making of an offer to purchase from www.poundprints.com, you, the purchaser, understand that digital downloads are not products or goods.
You, the purchaser, agree that upon the sale contract completing, the usual 14-day 'cooling-off' period for products or goods does not apply to digital downloads.
The reselling and sharing of Pound Prints' designs is strictly prohibited.
Only you are permitted to use the content for individual 'home' use only; these are not to be purchased by businesses or individuals for commercial use, to resell, hire or transfer onwards.
Licence alterations may apply from time to time. Subsequently, Pound Prints reserves the right to revoke or amend the licence granted with this agreement and replace the content.
Pound Prints accepts no indemnity for any fault on any operating device or system you, the purchaser, choose to download your file to. Upon completion of the purchase of sale, any technological issues remain the responsibility of you, the purchaser.
